All Designers Institute members must work under our Code of Ethics – in whatever capacity they work, study or practice as designers.

Any Professional Member who has given especially meritorious or distinguished service to the Institute or its predecessor societies or the design profession.

Any Fellow of the Institute who has given especially meritorious service the Institute or any long-serving member of the Institute who is deemed worthy of this recognition for significant service to the Institute and/or the design profession

History of Honorary Members HonDINZ

Any person distinguished in any of the aesthetic, technical, organisational or productive aspects of design who has been or may be of material assistance to the Institute or the design profession.
