The BeST Design Awards are an annual national award programme of the Designers Institute of New Zealand, recognising the achievements of our product, spatial and graphic designers and students.

It is the New Zealand design equivalent of the Oscars.

In this celebration of design excellence, DINZ and the wider commercial community acknowledges the work being produced for clients from all business sectors. The BeST Design Awards is a catalyst to building greater recognition for New Zealand design both nationally and internationally.

2009 BeST Design Awards Finalists have been announced on www.bestawards.co.nz and you can check out the photos and those who enjoyed the awards night at the Auckland Museum on the 16th October 2009.
