The School of Design has a reputation for excellence in international quality art and design education. Design is offered at two Massey University locations - the Wellington and Albany Campuses.

The School of Design is a centre for scholarship, research, and practice across a wide and integrated range of professional design disciplines:

PROGRAMME ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All students must have a University Entrance qualification and submit a portfolio. Applications (portfolio of work, completed Selected-entry Programme Application plus a $30 application fee) for the 2011 academic year will be accepted from 1 July 2010. The deadline for submissions is Friday 15 October 2010.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Graduates with Fine Art and Design degrees from the College of Creative Arts work in a wide range of professions in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, USA and Europe. They work for design firms, consultancies and art agencies,  computer and web design firms, film studios, post-production companies, and as publication designers, illustrators and photographers, product and fashion designers as well as setting up their own successful companies.
